3752674 - CJB1 creates settlement rules despite profit center authorization errors

Symptom

  • When using transaction CJB1 to create settlement rules, the system creates settlement rules even though the user has authorization restrictions based on profit center.
  • During processing, the authorization check shows errors, but the system still proceeds to create the settlement rules.
  • Authorization check errors are observed for object C_PRPS_PRC during related operations display (for example, PS_ACTVT = 3, 24, 26, 28).
