Symptom

  • A new "Benefits" option automatically appears in the user Home drop-down menu.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Sign in with a user who has Global Benefits permission.
  2. Navigate on the user Home drop-down menu.
  3. Observe that the "Benefits" option is visible as shown below:

Cause

By design: In the last 1H2026 release, the Benefits entry in the user drop-down menu was introduced for users who have Global Benefits permissions.

Resolution

This is expected behavior introduced in the last 1H2026 release; there is no configuration to hide or remove the Benefits entry if the user has Global Benefits permissions.
