Symptom
- The Provincial or State compliance form is not visible under Manage Documents in the Onboarding Dashboard.
- The Compliance Process tasks are completed, yet the PDF form is missing.
- No error message is displayed when candidate complete the compliance tasks.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
The candidate’s Work State changed between form assignment and form submission, so at submission time the Work State did not match the province for the assigned form.
Resolution
Please make sure candidate’s Work State is not changed during compliance process.
To find out path of work state, please go to Manage Data >> FieldMetaOverrideConfiguration and you will see the configuration of workstate.
Product team confirmed that as multiple factors influence Compliance form assignment — such as Compliance Settings page switches, global filter conditions (Work State, Work Country, Home Country, Home State, etc.), RBP permissions, and user data — these configurations are not exclusively tied to Compliance form usage.
Due to this dependency on shared configurations, the system currently does not support displaying detailed information or preventing such scenarios during PDF form generation.
