3752712 - Manage Job Profile New Admin Experience UI - Description sections cannot be edited and saved

After 1H 2026 Release when editing Job Profile description in Manage Job Profile in New Admin Experience UI, edits are not being saved. This issue currently persists particularly for non-TIH instances.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Navigate to Manage Job Profiles after 1H 2026 release and notice the New Admin Experience enabled by default.
2. Select and edit a job profile.
3. Enter text in Job Descriptions sections.
4. Select Update to save.
5. Navigate back to review the profile; the entered content is not visible.

This is a Known Issue.

The issue occurs in the New Admin Experience UI for Manage Job Profiles for instances where TIH is not enabled.

Workaround:
Please use the legacy UI by turning off the “New Admin Experience” option on the Manage Job Profile page to Manage Job Profile data

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch b2605p7 (02-Jun-2026 in Preview and 04-Jun-2026 in Production).
