• How to configure Document Management Service Migrate Attachments to OpenText Job.
• Prerequisite configurations required before initiating attachment migration to OpenText.
• The Document Management Service Migrate Attachments to OpenText job shows status as Interrupted when scheduled as a one-time job.
• Migration status in Check Tool does not update automatically after job execution.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite

1. Enable below permissions in provisioning system

• Enable OpenText Integration
• Enable the Attachment Manager

2. Configure OpenText from Configure Document Management as per steps provided in SAP help guide Setting Up Integration with OpenText

3. Run Check Tool migration check called OpenText prerequisites are met as per Performing Checks on Documents Migrated to OpenText

• Ensure that OpenText integration is fully set up and successful before initiating the migration. 
• Once the migration of attachments to OpenText is initiated and the integration is enabled, it cannot be rolled back. 
• Disabling the integration will result in loss of access to the migrated documents, as switching back to SAP SuccessFactors native storage is not supported.

4.  Schedule Document Management Service Migrate Attachments to OpenText Job.  

• This Job should be a recurring job. If the job is scheduled to run once, then the job will be interrupted. For more details refer KBA 3650999 - Document Management Service Migrate Attachments to OpenText Job is always being interrupted
• The Number of Parallel Jobs field controls how many jobs run at the same time. The maximum recommended value is 5. We recommend working with your OpenText implementation team to determine the most suitable setting for your system environment.

5. You can check the completion of migration via Admin Center -> Check Tool -> Migration -> Document Management services -> Determine the status of documents migrated to OpenText (OpenTextMigratedDocumentStatusCheckExecutor)

• Completion of migration may take couple of days depending on number of documents available for migration
• The check tool will not refresh automatically, you need to run the check again to see the migration status.  
• In case if there are any failed attachments, it can be  found by running "Identify attachments that failed to migrate to OpenText" available in check tool
