3752758 - Employee granted self Proxy Rights but does not have Proxy Management permission

• An employee granted himself Proxy Rights for another user as per the Proxy Assignment Change audit report but the employee did not have Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for Proxy Management
• The employee is terminated but did not have Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for Proxy Management as per the roles deleted from his record upon termination
• The Personal Data audit report also reflects this change and the issue raises concerns about how the employee was able to grant himself Proxy Rights without the necessary permissions.

Behavior is expected.

• User created this proxy relationship using the feature called "Individual Proxy Assignments." 
• Access route: user profile -> Settings -> Proxy -> Assign Proxy
• This feature allows users to assign their own proxy, and it does not require any RBP permissions.
• If you don't want users to be able to assign proxies themselves, you can disable this feature from Admin Center -> Company System and Logo Settings -> select "Disable Proxy access for users without Proxy rights" and save
