3752884 - Terms of payment in customer document unchangeable in a second time

Symptom

The "Terms of Payment" field (ZTERM) in a customer line item can be changed initially, but subsequent changes in the same document are not possible, even if the document is not cleared and the OB32 settings allow changes. This issue arises in both SAP GUI and SAP Fiori apps, specifically the "Manage Customer Line Items" app.
