• PDC is not generated for Onboardee.
• When checking manage data, the task is set to scheduled.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding for a candidate.
2. Open the Onboarding dashboard.
3. Select the candidate’s process.
4. Observe that the Personal Data Collection step is not generated and “No task” is displayed.

A custom field was added to the pre-delivered EmailAddress object.

1. Go to Configure Object Definitions and open the EmailAddress object.
2. Remove any custom fields from EmailAddress (for example, fields prefixed with cust_).
3. Save the object definition.
4. Run the MDF Object Definition to DB Sync job.
5. Perform a metadata/OData refresh, if applicable.
6. If used, open the relevant Process Variant in Process Variant Manager, select Save & Validate, then Activate; update process flows if required.
7. Re-initiate or restart onboarding for an affected user and verify that the Personal Data Collection task is generated.
