• Inconsistencies have been identified between the status in the SAP system (table T7CZJHM01) and the status on JMHZ.
• The issue affects older periods (January, February) and primarily earlier pilot users.
• Forms are marked as received (status 20) in the system, but correction attempts are rejected with various error messages.
• A typical error message contains the text:
  "No matching pair of keys IK MPSV and ID of employment relationship was found" („nebyla nalezena odpovídající dvojice klíčů IK MPSV a ID pracovněprávního vztahu").
• When incidents are raised at MPSV, the response indicates that no received form exists, therefore correction forms cannot be submitted and a new regular form with a new GUID must be sent.
• Root cause analysis points to malfunctioning of DZMH, including technical outages or incorrect/mixed-up protocols.
