3752919 - How to configure user-specific date and time for service transactions - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The time for "Requested Start" and "Requested End" changes between Edit mode and Display mode on the "Manage Service Orders" app. A customer wants the times to align with their local time zone.
