Symptom
- During user provisioning from identity authentication to ibp, business user Regional Settings are not set as expected: decimal format may set, but date format and time zone do not update.
- There is a need to have constant values for the users in the IBP, regardless of the source system values.
- Mappings using regionalSettings or codes like X, Y, numeric "5", or "JST" do not reflect in IBP.
