3752939 - ibp regional settings not set during ias-to-ibp provisioning due to non-canonical values in localesettings – identity provisioning

Symptom

  • During user provisioning from identity authentication to ibp, business user Regional Settings are not set as expected: decimal format may set, but date format and time zone do not update.

  • Mappings using regionalSettings or codes like X, Y, numeric "5", or "JST" do not reflect in IBP.
