3753010 - WDA - Initial popups show infinite loading in FITE_EXPENSES and FITE_REQUEST apps

Symptom

When launching the application FITE_EXPENSES, the main screen and a popup are expected to appear upon startup. However, an endless loading animation is displayed instead.
