3753017 - HTML code is visible on workflow details for custom MDF object workflows while people profile displays formatted text

HTML code is visible on the Workflow Details page but is displaying as expected in other areas.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Log in to the impacted system.
2. Open the Workflow Details page.
3. Observe that the HTML code is displayed for the fields.
4. Navigate to the People Profile for the same data.
5. Observe that the text displays as formatted (without showing HTML code).

Incorrect method of using HTML code.

1. If using a UI with the object (default screen), change the field display to RTE. This enables the HTML to render as expected in the Workflow Details page.
2. If a UI is not utilized with the object, there is currently no available solution to render the HTML on the Workflow Details page.
