3753030 - FAGLL03 Displays All Items When Selecting Open Items at Key Date

Symptom

When executing the FAGLL03 report by selecting the "Open Items" radio button, all line items that were posted to the G/L account are displayed in the output. This includes the line items that were cleared before the "Key Date".
