3753099 - Incoterms Version Field Not Mandatory in Central Purchase Contract Screen Layout Settings

Symptom

If the Field INCO_VERSION is set as mandatory in screen layout at document level in SPRO customizing , system does not throw an error when no value is entered in the Manage Central Purchase Contracts app.
