3753107 - Numeric directories created under /tmp while using publication

Symptom

  • Numeric directories are being created on the AIX system at regular intervals.
  • Files within each numeric directory are found to be empty.
  • Temporary files and directories are generated every 2 minutes when the SAP BI platform

Example directory structure:
drwxr-xr-x    2 dj1adm sapsys        256 Feb 11 10:42 1220262
