Symptom

Installed Base Items not displayed completely on iPad.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the iPad app (non-desktop device).
  2. Navigate to the Installed Base work center.
  3. Open the Installed Base list (OWL).
  4. Open an Installed Base record.
  5. Select the Items facet.
  6. Check the number of items displayed and compare with the total count; only up to 100 items are shown on iPad.

Cause

On iPad and other non-desktop devices, the items are rendered using a hierarchical list component that supports a maximum of 100 entries at a time. Desktop uses a different table-based view without this limitation.

Resolution

This is currently system expected behavior and cannot be changed through configuration.

As a workaround, apply filters or sorting options to reduce the number of displayed Installed Base Items and access different portions of the list.
