3753169 - SIOE: Unexpected filtering when using Data Selection Period in selection screen in SIOE+ report

In State Organization Information System (SIOE+) (RPC_PAYPT_SIOE), when filtering by Data Selection Period (BEGDA, ENDDA) together with additional selection fields (e.g. Cost Center or Personnel Subarea), the report returns employees who did not belong to the selected organizational unit during the specified period.
As a result, the output does not correspond to the filters defined in the selection screen.
