3753192 - Due Date and retraining visibility in Enhanced Experience for Curricula

• Curriculum status page shows the Curriculum Title and the Status column shows "Due soon" but the Overview page displays "Due date: You must complete this course by xx/xx/xxxx." and the same date as “Expiration date” even when another item without retraining has an earlier due date in the same curricula.
• The Overview curriculum page does not indicate which specific item the displayed due/expiration date refers to.
• Information appears inconsistent across pages: the Assignments tab does not show the due date that appears on the Overview page.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create or use a curriculum with at least two required items >
   • Item A with retraining enabled, already completed, with a future retraining date.
   • Item B without retraining, not completed, with a nearer due date than Item A’s retraining date.
2. Go to the Learning page and note the curriculum status "Due soon" >
3. Open the curriculum Overview and observe it shows "Due date: You must complete this course by" and the same value as "Expiration date", with no indication of which item it refers to.

Our Engineering team has developed a code fix for the reported scenario. This fix aims to:

• Remove the Due Date section entirely from Overview section and we are replacing it with a Next Action Date next to the header.
• Removed Expiration Date from the Curriculum Information panel for the curriculum which have status Overdue to avoid confusion.
• Remove the Expiration Date from the Curricula Status page if the course is overdue.
