3753204 - Object not populated in PLPO causes missing entries in /IBP/SOSRES_EXT and missing capacity in IBP

Symptom

  • Object Id ARBID in table PLPO is blank for the routing/task list operation.
  • Program /IBP/ECC_SEND_PDS finishes without populating staging table /IBP/SOSRES_EXT.
  • Structure field ls_sos_res_pp-resid is blank.
  • No capacity data appears in /IBP/SOSRES_EXT (and /IBP/RES_EXT).
