Symptom

Onboarding email tokens not redirecting to the right portal for external users.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Candidate receives welcome email
  2. Click on URL to define password
  3. Candidate is redirected to SSO instead of login page

Cause

Missing parameter &pm_product_name=ONB.

Resolution

Please make sure to add the parameter &pm_product_name=ONB to the respective login token.
