3753285 - Comment Count Does Not Reset After Publishing a New Diagram Version in Collaboration Hub

• After publishing a new version of a diagram, the comment counter shown in Collaboration Hub does not reset to 0.
• Collaboration Hub continues to display the total number of comments for the diagram.

SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub

1. Open a process diagram that already has comments.
2. Publish a new version of the diagram.
3. Open the diagram in Collaboration Hub and observe that the comment counter remains greater than 0 and does not reset.

This is the intended product behavior: Collaboration Hub displays the overall number of comments and does not reset the counter upon publishing a new version.

A Usability Enhancement was released on March 26, 2026 changing the behavior: Previously, the Published mode only displayed comments from the current published revision. Comments from older revisions were not visible. With this enhancement, comments from both the current and past revisions are now visible in Published Mode. Comments from new unpublished revisions remain visible only in Preview mode, which remains unchanged.
