Symptom

  • During KPI configuration and activation, data is not displaying in Business Process Monitoring, and KPIs are being automatically deactivated.
  • The job seems stuck at KPI <number> "Maximum parallel degree (ASYNC_TASK_COUNT = 3) has been reached. Wait for running data collection tasks to finish before starting a new task."
