SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
I am unable to access the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Transaction Monitor in SAP Business Network. When I navigate to the page, it displays three blue loading dots and never finishes loading. No error message is displayed.
Other users with the same role and permissions are able to access the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Transaction Monitor without any issues. The problem is isolated to my user account.
