3753340 - CO document type missing outside client 000

Symptom

When defining a new document type via the IMG path for Define Document Type Mapping Variants for CO Business Transactions (using SM30 for view VFINS_CO_DOCT_MP), a warning indicates that the document type is not registered in T003. Additionally, the document type "CO" is not available in transaction code OBA7 (table T003) by default in clients other than client 000, despite being described as newly provided.
