3753351 - ADS service fails with Error ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException

Symptom

  • Running the test program FP_TEST_00 results in error "ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException (200101)".
  • The issue starts after changing ADS from HTTP to HTTPS port.
  • FP_PDF_TEST_00 and FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE may also fail.
  • Traces may show "XMLFM Exception during render: org.omg.CORBA.COMM_FAILURE".
  • Traces may show "CORBA Connection to XML Form Module failed".
  • On Windows, traces may show "XMLForm.exe terminated abnormally with error code 1". 
  • java.io.IOException: Failed to open a connection to xxxxx, reason: internal error
