1. Configure a notification using the "(ONB) Furnish Equipment Trigger".
2. Observe that the expected notification is not sent.

There is no functionality to send notifications specifically for tasks that remain uncompleted by the hiring manager.

This behavior is not supported. Sending a notification when the hiring manager has not completed the task after a defined number of days from the hire date is currently not available.
