3753387 - Changes to ALV in AA Reporting - SAP S/4 HANA 2023 and higher

Symptom

“Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.”

  • As of the S/4HANA 2023 release, new features are introduced in ALV for hierarchical sequential reports
  • One of the symptom is the layout-related buttons (Change layout / Select layout / Save layout) in asset accounting reports appear far to the right in the ALV toolbar, unlike previous releases.
  • The behavior is observed when using the “List assets” option.
