Cannot delete unwanted cases.

Case deletion functionality is not available in Version 2 and cannot be performed from the backend.

1. Note that case deletion is not supported in Version 2 (front end or backend). It's standard system behavior.
2. Set the unwanted cases to the “Irrelevant” status to prevent them from influencing daily operations.
