3753390 - Error message "Quantity does not exceed threshold of 0.0005 and cannot be posted to ERP" (/SCWM/UI_DIFF 053) shows up in Analyze Differences app

Symptom

There is an entry with zero quantity (rounding residual) with red light status in Analyze Differences app. The following error message shows up when posting the entry:

"Quantity does not exceed threshold of 0.0005 and cannot be posted to ERP" (/SCWM/UI_DIFF 053)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Difference Analyzer app.
  2. Select a line item that shows zero quantity (rounding residual).
  3. Post the difference to ERP.

Cause

In cloud Warehouse Management, the correction of rounding residuals is enabled by default and only triggered if the collected difference for a stock exceeds the threshold of 0.0005. Quantities at or below this threshold cannot be posted to ERP.

Resolution

No manual action is required: the system handles rounding residuals automatically, and only differences exceeding 0.0005 will be posted to ERP.
