3753444 - MaxDB: subtree like Roles, Schemas is missing in MaxDB studio

• You notice the subtrees like Roles, Schemas, Usergroups, Users are missing in MaxDB studio.
  
  

• On MaxDB studio, SQL editor connection fails with error: 

  Could not connect SQL due to: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to jdbc:sapdb://<host name>/<SID>
  [Cannot connect to host <hostname>:7200 [Connection timed out: connect (local port <port number> to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote port 7200 to address <IP address>)], -813.]. 
  
  

• Following command execution on same host returns with same similar error.
  

  \sapdb\clients\DatabaseStudio\bin\sqlcli -n <hostname for database>  -d <sid> -u sapr3, sap select user from dual
  
  -10709: Connection failed (RTE:[1] could not connect to socket [10060])
