3753532 - attachments not displayed or retained in edit mode after save in manage recurring journal entries (f1598)

Symptom

In Fiori AppIDs F1598 "Manage Recurring Journal Entries" and F0773 Clear Incoming Payments, attachments are not displayed after editing an existing attachment.

  • Existing attachments cannot be deleted because none are shown in edit mode.
  • Newly uploaded attachments appear to be processed during save, but after reopening the same document, the Attachments tab shows no files.
