Due to security considerations, there is an attempt to implement SAP Notes 3585992 - [CVE-2025-43008] Missing Authorization check in SAP S/4HANA HCM Portugal and SAP ERP HCM Portugal and 3701020 - [CVE-2026-27687] Missing Authorization check in SAP S/4HANA HCM Portugal and SAP ERP HCM Portugal, even though SAP HCM Portugal (PY-PT) is not installed or used in the system.
