3753690 - How to Avoid Daylight Savings issues with Connectors

When Daylight Savings is observed or adjusted back to Standard Time zone, connectors skip or run a second time.

This is due to the the time zone swap for specific timezones. 

To avoid any of these types of changes, schedule connectors outside of the window for both the change. Example If Daylight savings is scheduled to end at 2 am , then do not schedule a connector between 1am and 2 am to avoid it running a second time. Same when Daylight ends, and clocks move from 2 am to 3 am, do not schedule between the hours of 2am and 3 am.
