Users can take courses on behalf of other users via the New People Profile.

Pre-Conditions:

• The logged-in user must have an Employee Profile, Learning access, and reportees.
• The reportees should have Learning History and assigned online learning items.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
2. Proxy as one of the reportees (BizX general proxy).
3. Locate the “Learning and Development” portlet.
4. Navigate to the Required Learning section.
5. Select any assigned item to start the course.
6. Observe that the system redirects to the course start page in the Learning module.
7. Launch the course.
8. Verify that the course can be started and completed successfully.

According to Engineering team, this is an issue related to a Proxy setting enabled in Provisioning (BizX backend).

Ideally, this setting has to be disabled to prevent users from Proxy other users and take courses on their behalf.

To enable this flag, customers will require either a Partner or SAP Support to assist:

1. Once logged in Provisioning, choose the correct company.
2. Access "Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings".
3. Find URL config for application Learning.
4. Enable the 'Prevent Proxy User' option. 
5. Save it.
