3753707 - Last Successful Run Date Not Updated for Off Cycle Event Batch Job - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

When executing the Off Cycle Event Batch job, the job response displays "Number of records successfully processed = 0" even though employees are correctly picked by the group and meet the business rule criteria for processing. As a result, the "Last Successful Run Date" is not updated after execution.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Add a user to an Off Cycle Event Batch group.
2. Trigger the Off Cycle Event Batch job.
3. Review the job response after execution.
4. Review the Last Successful Run date. 

Observed result:

• Processed records display as 0 even when job result pick the employee by the group and is selected by rule.
• "Last Successful Run Date" is not updated.

Our engineering team is currently working to fix the issue and the update is planned to be delivered on July 28th, 2026.
