Changes made for programs Cover Page of Programs, when the Sidebar view is selected, are not reflected in the UI in the Redesigned Experience.

2. Access a Program >
3. Go to "Cover Page" to edit the program's Cover Page >
4. Select Left or Right Sidebar layout >
5. Make changes to the background of the sidebar's colors >
6. Save changes >
7. Go to System Admin > LMS_ADMIN >
8. Set "enableLegacyUIReplacement=true" >
9. Access Learning page as user >
10. Access the program page >
11. Changes are not reflected in the user's UI
