"Cancel Process" option under "Compliance Process Details" not controllable via RBP (Role-Based-Permissions)

1. Open Onboarding Dashboard
2. "Compliance Processes Details" button appears at the top of the Form I-9 and E-Verify section of the New Hire Details page.
3. After clicking "Compliance Processes Details", the option "cancel process" appears.

There is product enhancement going on related to this new fucntionality.

Our engineering team is currently working on the patch fix and soon the option will be contollable via Role-Based-permissions.
