3753720 - System performance issue when running CGSADM transaction

Symptom

After running CGSADM transaction, the system enters a degraded performance state:

  • When trying to run another transaction, for example: SM59, STMS, SE38, SMGW, it hangs and does not respond.
  • Many work processes in "RFC Response - On hold" status.
  • The system shows the error "Exception 33.566.733 not checked; GWY_READ_CONNECTIONS” and "Message No. GW016".
