3753803 - Error "Item category G2W not found for billing type G2" When Creating Credit Memo

• In best practice scope item 1EZ, creating credit memo for a CRB document in VF01 results in error.
• Error message: "Item category G2W not found for billing type G2" (Message no. 8B501).
• Additional detail: "No entry in table J_1BSDIC for the combination of billing document type and item category."

• Product: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
• Processing Billing Documents

1. Open app VF01.
2. Select billing type G2 (Credit Memo).
3. Enter the current date as the Billing Date.
4. In the Document field, enter a CRB credit memo document created for a service item.
5. Click Save, the system shows error "Item category G2W not found for billing type G2".

The Scope Item 1EZ is currently not supported for business scenarios in Brazil, with a Service Material, because of the Brazilian legislation that the refund of ISS is not possible.
