3753806 - Range Penetration not retrieved properly in business rule during hire - 1H2026

Range penetration is not retrieved properly in business rule during hire, while the same rule works on save or post-hire; rule trace shows an inaccurate range penetration value since the latest release.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Add in paycompvalue an onChange rule to trigger a message depending on Range Penetration value
2. Go to hire form under Add New Employee
3. Edit the field and see that Range Penetration has the accurate value
4. Generate a rule trace and see that the rule is not taking the correct Range Penetration.

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation and the fix is being tracked via ECT-273151.
