The dropdown often fails to open as expected. End users must click the field many times before the dropdown finally opens and displays available values.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1H 2026
Reproducing the Issue
- Login as onboardee in mobile
- Click on the dropdown fields
- End users must click the field many times before the dropdown finally opens and displays available values.
Or
- Inspect > Toggle device tool bar
- Dimension > Choose random iPhone/other device version
- Select value for drop down.
- Not loading or flash(Just show 1s)
Cause
This is a Known Issue.
Resolution
The fix has been deployed by engineering team on the 26th May 2026 for Preview Environments and 28th May for Production Environments.
