Symptom
- A user cannot log in to the mobile app after entering username and password.
- Error displayed: 403: {"message": "role is invalid, access forbidden"}.
- On some devices, after reinstall and first login succeeds, reopening the app shows: "this profile belongs to other user"; reinstalling temporarily restores access.
- The behavior was observed on both iOS and Android.
- Web login works while mobile login fails in affected cases.
- QR code activation attempts can also lead to the same 403 error.
