3753836 - Runtime Error: 'RAISE_SHORTDUMP' when creating a new cost center in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When creating a new cost center in the Manage Cost Centers app, a runtime error occurs.

1. Create a new cost center in the system.
2. Observe a Runtime Error: 'RAISE_SHORTDUMP' message.

• External tax configuration is incomplete.
• Tax Jurisdiction Code configuration is missing while the external tax for the relevant country is activated.

1. Open the External Tax System Configuration Check app and run the checks for the external tax country to identify missing or incorrect settings.
2. Ensure the external tax solution is configured in each relevant system in the landscape that will interface with the tax partner
3. After completing the configuration, retry creating the cost center.
