3753872 - Instructor assigned course shows as "Assigned by Admin" on Snack View

A course assigned by an Instructor shows the "Assigned by Admin" label on the Snack View under the Important Learning Section.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Assign an Item to a User as an Instructor
2. Log in with the User and go to the Learning Home Page
3. Click the card of the course under the Important Learning section
4. The snack view shows that the item was "Assigned by Admin"
5. Go to Learning Administration > Reports
6. Download the User Learning Plan Audit Report CSV
7. The report shows that this course was assigned by an Instructor

The code correction for this issue is planned to be delivered with the 2H 2026 major release.
