3753886 - Cost Center field not editable for working time entries generated from paired clock in/clock out time events on timesheet.

On Time Sheet UI, Cost Center field in working time entries generated from paired clock in/clock out time events is greyed out and not editable, while manual timesheet entries allow editing.

1. Open the timesheet for a user who has working time created from paired clock in/clock out time events.
2. Open one of the working time entries generated from the paired events and attempt to edit the cost center field; observe the field is disabled/greyed out.
3. Create or open a manual timesheet entry and observe the cost center field is editable.

Entries created from paired clock in/clock out time events are stored as External Time Data and are treated as imported time data, which is not editable from the timesheet UI by design.

1. From Admin point of view, changing the cost center in an external time data:
   First you need to go to Manage Clock in clock out and from there find out the Pairing Id.  
2. After that go to Manage Data, Select External Time Data and then put the pairing id.  You can select Take Action and change the Cost Center from there, and through this work around you should be able to assign the Cost Center.
3. As of right now, this change cannot be done directly from Timesheet.
