3753896 - HTTP Status 404 not found and failed to find a matched endpoint error popup when logging the SAP Service and Asset Manager

Symptom

Users with iPhone devices who log in with one of their accounts encounter the following error: "Alert: Error updating the app; reverting to previous metadata settings. Reason: nativeClass is not defined"

After clicking the “OK” button, the following synchronization error appears: "HTTP Status 404 (not found): Error 404 (not found): GET https://....failed to find a matched endpoint
