3753931 - Error : "you cannot change an individual work schedule that has already been assigned as a temporary work schedule"

Below error is occured while editing an individual work schedule. 

"You cannot change an individual work schedule that has already been assigned as a temporary work schedule". 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Management

1. Go to Administer Time for a user.
2. Open a Temporary Time Information record for a specific date.
3. Attempt to modify the Individual Work Schedule fields (for example, change the duration).
4. Save the change.
5. Observe the error: "You cannot change an individual work schedule that has already been assigned as a temporary work schedule."
6. This error is also occurred while modifying the individual work schedule from Manage data. 

• When a work schedule is assigned in Job Information, there are existing validations that detect this linkage and the work schedule cannot be modified. However, this validation did not previously apply to Individual Work Schedules that are assigned to the Temporary Time Information.
• Starting with the 1H 2026 release, this gap is addressed. The system will introduce a validation for Individual Work Schedules assigned in Temporary Time Information.

1. Delete the existing Temporary Time Information record that contains the Individual Work Schedule you intended to modify.
2. Once done, you can modify the individual work schedule.
