Symptom
The report/data source CRMSRQHB_Q0005 (Due Date Compliance (Service Requests)) is not showing any data, even though closed Service Requests are available.
The report displays the message:
“No report data available to display. Please check the selected filters/criteria.”
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Business Analytics work center.
- Navigate to the Design Reports view.
- Search for and open the report “Due Date Compliance (Service Requests)” (CRMSRQHB_Q0005).
- Clear the Processor field and any other prefilled filter values.
- Run the report.
- Observe that no records are returned, and the value help for the Service Request filter does not display any selectable Service Requests.
Cause
If no active Service Levels are maintained in the Service Entitlements work center, the Service Requests do not fulfill the prerequisites required for the report.
The report includes those Service Requests that have a valid Service Level assigned, and in Closed status.
This report measures the rate of Service Requests completed within the planned initial response and completion timelines, which are determined based on the due dates maintained in the corresponding Service Level Objective.
Resolution
- Go to the Service Entitlements work center.
- Navigate to the Service Levels view.
- Create the required Service Levels with appropriate Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and set them to Active.
- Ensure that the service level is assigned automatically for the Service Requests and that the requests are moved to the Closed status successfully.
- Rerun the report “Due Date Compliance (Service Requests)” (CRMSRQHB_Q0005) after clearing any prefilled filter values.
The report should then display the relevant Service Request data.
