3753985 - Public Sector fields not displayed in Time Sheet UI

• Public Sector fields such as fund, grant, budgetPeriod, functionalArea, fundsCenter, and wbsElement are not visible in the Time Sheet UI.
• The fields remain hidden even when set to Read Only or Editable in External Time Data, Employee Time Sheet Entry, or Time Recording objects. 

• SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Set visibility as Read Only or Editable for Public Sector fields in External Time Data and Employee Time Sheet Entry/Time Recording objects.
2. Check the Time Sheet UI. The fields are not populated. 

This is expected behaviour.

Public sector fields can only be used as part of the end to end Consolidated Time Recording solution. Since employees fill their time sheet data on the S/4HANA Private Cloud Time sheet as part of the Consolidated Time recording solution and do not access the SF Time sheet, the Public Sector fields are not offered on the SuccessFactors Time Sheet. Validations for Public Sector fields are managed on the S4 side, as it is the source system for these fields. Time Valuation results from the SF Time Sheet as part of the Consolidated Time recording solution will include the Public Sector cost objects.
